Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

1.The item arrives damaged;

2.You receive the wrong item;

3.The item has a clear quality issue that affects normal use.

Please provide your order number, photos of the packaging, photos of the item issue, or an unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.
